bel pasto sucks as far as service and customer satisfaction is concerned. not customer friendly. asked for parmesan cheese and the waiters were told to lie about having no stock. how do you expect customers to believe an italian restaurant not having parmesan cheese especially when many items on the menu require parmesan. you also charge extra for vegetables that need to be added to pasta!!!! value for money, service and taste, ambience etc i rather end up at other outlets that dont take a no for an answer.
